The stats you start with are the ones you get. Leveling up will require two completed topics with a word count of 2500 TOTAL. After that you can complete and Story Line with a word count of 3500. Once that is done, put your topics and arc in the level~up section. Then a adminastrator will approve it giving you 5 points to add to your total stat count. The max stats anyone can have is 400 total. No Exceptions and does not count boosts.
