The number of techs an Espada can start with is 25 for Espada #0. Then they drop by three each level

FOR THE RECORD: number of techs does not count for: Cero, Garganta, Bala, Hierro, Pesquisa ,Sonido, Cero Circunferencia, Regeneration. All Espada can have them.
Master Hand-to-Hand is only for Espada 6 and up. lower ranks can sacrifice 2 techs
Cero Oblivion is only for Espada 3 and up. Lower ranks must sacrifice 5 techs
Gran Rey Cero is an Espada Excursive power
Soul Reaper/subs/rouges/clan members (Shunpo and 4th division healing arts does not count as a technigue.)
Special Clan Techs or Kidos dont count for your requierments
All Soul Reapers can have a max of 10 techniques. Students/6-10th seat/lower rank clan members can have max of 5 untill the rank up
Bounts can have 15 tech for there dolls, every level
Quincys can have as followed (there flash step thing that speeds up the reshi under there feet doesnt count. (OOC:coulndt find the name))
